I have migraines and this pillow is ideal; it is always at a cool temperature, it doesn't allow my head to move, my neck is more relaxed, and it helps with cervical issues. I have tried it for several nights already because you need to get used to it a bit; I would say I even breathe better, my mouth doesn't dry out, a sign that the posture helps me breathe better. May Allah bless you, I swear by Allah that I have been complaining about my neck for a while, but thankfully after using the pillow I felt much relief. The idea for those who sleep on their side is that it doesn't need adjustment in the middle of sleep; it stays in a comfortable shape for you, and when you don't need to tuck it under your neck or shoulder, there's space for your shoulder to fit underneath. Its only drawback is its strange shape, so you won't find a suitable case for it. The foam feels light as soon as you take it out, but it's not heavy at all and becomes comfortable.

A bit disappointed the pillow did not bounce back very well from being squashed for shipping.
